1 lb Fresh Brussels Sprouts
Olive Oil or Bacon Grease
2 TBS Brown Sugar
1/4 cup chopped, toasted pecans
Shave Brussels Sprouts into thin slivers
Heat oil in saute pan. Add Brussels Sprouts and saute until tender and wilted. When they are tender sprinkle with brown sugar and stir constantly until sugar begins to carmelize. Top with pecans and stir.
