I used some onion and peppers that I had frozen from previous boxes.
I also used Italian Sausage instead of breakfast sausage just to try and it was great!!
I used the whole can of Pet milk (12 oz) and added a few extra eggs. This made the recipe make two instead of one.
1/2 lb Sausage
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 TBS flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c Pet Milk
1/4 tsp pepper
1 TBS parsley flakes or fresh
3/4 TBS seasoning salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 unbaked pie shell
Cook Sausage and drain
Saute onion and pepper in 2 TBS sausage drippings
Combine all ingredients.
Pour into pie shell
Bake at 375 degrees 35-40 mins
