Per a friends request, I'm adding my Homemade Pimento Cheese
My Pimento Cheese is a little different in that it is not creamy. It will harden in the fridge and set up but will soften after being set out.
Contains: sharp cheddar cheese, cream cheese, roasted red peppers, honey, and mayo
