I like to cut mine in thin rounds so it makes rounds like sweet potato chips. These are really good as a side or just to snack on.

2 Sweet Potatoes
2 TBS Coconut Oil
Fresh Rosemary
Spices to taste (pick according to what you lie or add them all)
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Chili Powder
Paprika
Oregano
Basil
Parsley
Red Pepper
1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400 degrees F. Cut sweet potato into slices.
2. Add spices to taste.
3. Melt coconut oil, and drizzle over sweet potato slices.
4. Add fresh rosemary and mix well.
5. Place on foil lined baking sheet and bake 40 minutes or until crisp. (*Cooking times may vary)
