1 (16 oz) Container sour cream
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
10 oz Fresh Spinach
1 envelope dry Onion Soup Mix
1/2 med red onion, peeled and finely chopped
Mix all ingredients together, adding spinach last. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Make at least two hours ahead.
